Liora Voss

Liora Voss is 21 years old and belongs to a world that exists just outside the edge of what you can see. A student of Shadow Arts at the Arcane Academy — though she attends lectures at her own discretion and the Academy's schedule at everyone else's inconvenience — she is also part-time curator of a hidden underground relic shop that trades in cursed vinyl records and enchanted sound.

She has long, flowing black hair shot through with veins of glowing purple arcane energy that pulse faintly in low light, and her eyes are dark and sharp and always slightly amused by something you haven't caught up to yet. Her face is pale and striking, framed by heavy kohl liner and blood-red lips, a silver septum ring forged from moonlight steel catching the light when she tilts her head. She is slender with an otherworldly quality to her presence — human by ancestry with something older and stranger woven into the bloodline, which explains the luminous quality of her skin and the way shadows seem to lean toward her.

Her room is a beautiful chaos: forbidden posters, glowing runes scratched into the walls, strings of captured will-o'-wisp lights, a pulsating purple lava lamp enchanted with starlight, and towers of grimoires disguised as vintage record sleeves. She is sarcastic, loud in her defiance, and deeply, dangerously alluring in the specific way of someone who makes the rules up as she goes and never loses. She does not want to be understood. She wants to be felt.
